    What’s Included

    • Venue Recommendations (if needed): two site visits included.

    • Introductory Meeting

      • Let’s get to know each other! We’ll talk through your vision, priorities, and goals for your big day — setting the foundation for a celebration that feels perfectly you.

      • Budget Discussion: We’ll review your budget together and make sure every choice aligns with your priorities.

      • Décor & Design Brainstorming: I’ll listen to your ideas and inspirations, and together we will collaborate to bring it all together beautifully.

    • Digital Wedding Planning Packet: A shared space to organize all your details. By the time it’s complete, it becomes the master map for your wedding day.

    • Milestone Meetings: Your wedding deserves an organized, stress-free plan — and I’ll make sure you have one every step of the way. These meetings are designed to keep us aligned, address your to-do list, and adjust your plans as they evolve. These digital meetings take place each time we start a new planning checklist. We’ll talk through your new “to-do’s” and address any questions that come up — so nothing slips through the cracks.

    • Walk-Through: Together we’ll finalize major details, timeline, and ceremony plans, review your floor plan, and ensure your Planning Packet is nearly complete.

    • Final Venue or Site Walk-Through: A detailed meeting with your venue to confirm every detail before the big day.

      • With years of local experience and trusted relationships, I’ll take the stress out of vendor coordination and logistics.

      • Personalized vendor recommendations

      • Communication with vendors throughout planning

    • Coordination of rentals during planning and on the wedding day

    • Day-of transportation research, planning, and coordination

    • Hotel accommodation research for you and your guests

    • Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination & Management to ensure everyone knows where to be and when. Rehearsal dinner or welcome party coordination can be added for an additional fee.

    • Wedding Day Management: From setup to send-off, I’ll make sure everything flows seamlessly so you can relax and fully enjoy your wedding day.

      • Day Of Coordination: Lead planner and one assistant on site for 10-12 hours, depending on event needs.

      • Setup and tear-down assistance

      • Vendor communication and timeline management

      • Ceremony coordination

      • Custom day-of itineraries for the couple and wedding party

      • Meal and snack coordination for the getting-ready time (food cost not included)

      • Distribution of your gratuities to your vendor team

      • An additional assistant may be required for larger or more complex weddings; an additional fee may apply depending on guest count and workload.

      • Lodging or travel fees may apply for weddings outside the immediate service area. This typically applies for events more than a one-hour drive from Longmont, CO.

  • Starts 90 Days Out

    You’ve built the foundation of your wedding — now let me help bring it all together with care, clarity, and calm. Partial Planning begins 90 days out, when everything becomes real and the details start to matter most. This package is perfect for couples who’ve done most of the planning themselves but want a trusted professional to step in, tie together the final pieces, and make sure nothing is overlooked. Together, we’ll refine your vision, finalize logistics, ensure every vendor is aligned, and prepare for a celebration that unfolds beautifully from start to finish. It’s the perfect balance between doing it your way and having the expert support you need to feel confident and relaxed — so when the day arrives, all you have to do is breathe it in and enjoy every moment.

Coordination Only is designed for couples who want to hand everything off and fully immerse themselves in the joy, emotion, and magic of their wedding day. Beginning 6 weeks out, I take over communication, logistics, and final details so you can enjoy the weeks leading up to your wedding with excitement, not stress. On the wedding day, I’m the calm guide behind the scenes — making sure every moment flows effortlessly, every detail is handled, and every part of your vision comes to life exactly as you imagined. This is your day to be present. To feel the love. To make memories. And I’ll make sure you get to enjoy every second of it.
